		<description>Wow, what really helped me in this video was learning that you need time to recover from writing a chapter.  I thought I was being lazy or undisciplined because I can write like crazy for a day and then I feel &quot;burned out&quot; for anywhere from a day to a few days.  Then, all of the sudden, I can&#039;t write like crazy again.  I have ignored other creative activities because I was sitting in front of my computer killing time because I felt I &quot;should&quot; be able to write but I just couldn&#039;t.  That one piece of advice will allow me to take a lot of guilt and expectation off myself and go paint for a day (or, clean house, do laundry ;-) )  Thank you!</description>
